The studio tour was a success! We had a gorgeous weekend of sunny weather, a steady stream of people
with lots of wonderful comments about the artwork. We got to share our story of the trip to Africa, and were
amazed to hear so many stories of other's trips to Africa and/or that they were going to Africa in a few weeks!
It was really special to us to hear everybody's stories and to share ours - especially since it was so fresh in our
minds!

Less people made it out to the tour this year, compared to last year but this made it so John could talk to almost everybody. Several smaller paintings sold and a couple of commissions came in. The economy affected the tour but we still had a great time. Here are several pictures of the studio.
